Tip of the Day #36: Start Clickin'

Tip of the Day #36: Start Clickin' I am a self-admitted paper lover so I still believe that it is incredibly important to use snail mail invitations for a wedding.  Most wedding guests are traditional in the sense that they like to save wedding invitations and clip them to a refrigerator or message board as a reminder of the upcoming nuptials.  The one exception to utilizing print wedding stationery is the fun and fabulous website Paperless Post.  Although I don't think formal wedding invitations should be mailed digitally, I love the idea of using digital invitations for save-the-dates, bridal shower invitations, rehearsal dinners and bachelorette parties.

Paperless Post is a beautifully designed, user-friendly website designed for sending digital invitations without having to use an awkward PDF attachment or cheesy clip art designs.  The site utilizes a "coin" system for payment which is a fraction of the cost of standard print invitations and mailing postage.

When opened, a beautifully lined and addressed envelope pops up on the screen and then opens to reveal the invitation details.  The site is also designed to send out email reminders to guests when an event date is approaching.  If you're looking to save on printing costs for wedding stationery, Paperless Post is the way to go!
